We are seeking dedicated Quality Analysts to join our application development team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications through comprehensive testing strategies. You will collaborate with developers and product teams to identify issues and drive improvements, ensuring that our applications meet high standards of performance and usability.

2+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, preferably in application development.
Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.
Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for automated testing is a plus.
Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues clearly and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on application requirements and specifications.
Define testing strategies and approaches for various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications, documenting test results and identifying defects.
Utilize testing tools and frameworks to automate repetitive testing tasks and improve efficiency.
Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Work closely with developers to communicate issues and assist in debugging and resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and UX designers, to ensure alignment on quality standards.
Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to provide input on quality and testing efforts.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of testing processes and methodologies.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, testing processes, and results.
Prepare test summary reports for stakeholders to communicate testing outcomes and quality metrics.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
