We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our application development projects. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in application development.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
Assign tasks and monitor progress to keep the project on track.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions to address any concerns.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Proactively resolve issues that may impact project delivery.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with user requirements.
Conduct project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
