UI/UX Engineer

  • We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Engineer to join our application development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and crafting user experiences that are both intuitive and engaging. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure our applications meet user needs and align with business goals.
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Proven portfolio showcasing design projects and user-centered design solutions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
  • Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user behavior and preferences.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across applications.
  • Work closely with product managers to define user requirements and project scopes.
  • Collaborate with developers during the implementation phase to ensure designs are accurately executed.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to validate design choices and iterate on designs as needed.
  • Facilitate design reviews and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles within the team.
  • Document design processes, decisions, and specifications for development teams.
  • Create user journey maps and personas to illustrate user experiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for education.
